Once a voucher is purchased and payment is successfully processed, the order cannot be canceled.

Customers are advised to review all details (voucher type, value, validity, and terms) before making a purchase.

In case of any technical issue resulting in duplicate payment or multiple voucher issuance, please contact our support team immediately.

2. Refund Policy

Digital vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered to the customer’s registered email, SMS, or account dashboard.

No refund will be provided for:

* Change of mind after purchase.

* Incorrect details entered during checkout.

* Partial redemption of a voucher.

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

The voucher code delivered is invalid or not working due to a technical error from our system.

The voucher has already expired at the time of delivery.

We are not responsible for any refusal of service, expired vouchers after the validity period, or merchant-related disputes.
